I’m sure it doesn’t mean anything, but Japan has no natural resources to speak of yet has built a thriving economy and modern society anyway.

Africa has a tremendous and varied amount of natural resources and, well, has been quite slow coming out of the gate.

Africa, over 5000 years of history, still pee in their drinking water

Africa has TRILLIONS in natural resources. They have a CONTINENT. They have abused or kicked out the most productive people (whites) and can’t seem to understand how to govern or be civil.
