Let’s not forget that Haiti shares an island with the Dominican Republic. A place full of tourists and expats that have money. Whereas, Haiti, is pretty much nothing but savages. DomRep allows the Haitians to come in and work, but they have to leave.
Amazing that there can be such a disparity in the way of life, but then again, I’m talking about, haiti.
