I have only looked at Roy Potter,...But his last post had him going negative on Q-ANOUN.

I sure as hell haven't figured all of this out.

Potter thinks the anti-trump Deep State is into some of the posting trying to screw things up....as I understand things.

MANVI appears to be a program to fill in medical slots in the various MOS designations as needed and bring in interpreters and translators. We brought in native speakers at the Army’s Defense Language Institute during my tour. As payment for their service, they are given an opportunity for US citizenship.
