(Washington, DC) Judicial Watch today announced that a federal court judge ordered the State Department to speed up processing and production of former Secretary of State Hillary Clintons emails. U.S. District Court Judge James E. Boasberg recently ordered the State Department to complete processing the remaining documents that were recovered by the FBI in its investigation into Clintons illicit email server by September 28, 2018 . The Courts latest order accelerates States production rate which would have continued until 2020.
Last year, the FBI uncovered 72,000 pages of documents Clinton attempted to delete or did not otherwise disclose. The State Department had been processing the documents at a rate that would have required Judicial Watch and the American people to wait until at least 2020 to see all the releasable Clinton material.
Prior to the FBI investigation, Clinton repeatedly stated that the 55,000 pages of documents she turned over to the State Department in December 2014 included all of her work-related emails. In response to a court order in another Judicial Watch case, she declared under penalty of perjury that she had directed that all my emails on clintonemail.com in my custody that were or are potentially federal records be provided to the Department of State, and on information and belief, this has been done. Clinton failed to turn over at least 627 emails in that 55,000-page production, further contradicting a statement by Clinton that, as far as she knew , all of her government emails had been turned over to department.
Judge Boasbergs November 30 order came in a Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed on May 6, 2015, ( Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:15-cv-00687 )) seeking:
All emails sent or received by former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton in her official capacity as Secretary of State, as well as all emails by other State Department employees to Secretary Clinton regarding her non-state.gov email address.
The court also ordered the State Department to identify and explain the basis for all documents withheld in full from both the 55,000 pages of emails turned over by Clinton and the 72,000 pages of records recovered by the FBI which have been processed thus far by April 6, 2018.
How ironic it is that the Trump State Department had to be ordered by a federal court to stop slow-rolling the release of Clinton emails, said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton. Judicial Watch Freedom of Information Act lawsuits not Congress or the media uncovered Clintons email cover-up and related crimes. Now it is up to the Justice Department to finally follow up with an honest and independent investigation.
In November 2016, Judge Boasberg ordered the State Department to process no less than 500 pages a month of records responsive to Judicial Watchs request. The following year, in October 2017 , Judicial Watch asked the court to increase the State Departments processing requirement noting that under its current pace of production, the Clinton emails would not be completely released until at least 2020. At the October 2017 hearing, the State Department reported to the court that they were revamping their FOIA processing and reallocating resources. Judge Boasberg then issued an order instructing the State Department to explain how its anticipated increase in resources will affect processing of records in this case
In a related case, Judicial Watch found at least 18 classified emails in 806 documents recently produced by the State Department from the FBIs investigation of Clintons elicit email system. The emails were found on the laptop of Anthony Weiner, who is the husband of former Clinton aide Huma Abedin.
Mainly the “workers” there watch porn . You’d think they could spare a few minutes to “review” these documents.
September 2018 is speeding up delivery? What pathetic & inefficient federal employees were plagued by.
Plus many were probably hired during the 0bama era.
State has the greatest number of swamp dwellers except for the DOJ.
Last I knew at least. Hopefully Rex Tillerson got rid of most of the stench left by 0bama and Clinton.
Which impels me to ask:
Why is Huma Abedin and Anthony Weiner not under indictment for transmitting classified information to an unauthorized person and unauthorized possession of classified information?
Yep, as well they should be.
Huma Abedin backed up her emails to Weiner's laptop after leaving Hillary's State Dept

Huma Abedin backed up copies of her State Dept emails with Hillary Clinton to her pervert husband Weiner's laptop, DailyMail.com can disclose - conflicting with her account to the FBI and in court that she did not preserve the conversations.
An examination by DailyMail.com of emails released by the State Department shows that backup copies of many of Abedin's work-related messages with Clinton were created in the dates after Clinton left the State Department in early 2013.
The Abedin emails, released at the end of December, show that they had been put on Weiner's laptop by a BlackBerry archiving program.
A tech expert told Dailymail.com that Abedin would have to have activated the backup program and may well have plugged her device into the laptop - raising further questions over her testimony to the FBI.
Abedin was Clinton's deputy chief of staff at the State Department and remains her closest aide. Like Clinton, she was cleared by then FBI director James Comey in the wake of the investigation into the former Secretary of State and her staff's handling of classified material.
Last Thursday it was revealed that the Department of Justice is looking again at the Clinton email investigation, after President Donald Trump's provocative tweet calling for 'jail' for Abedin.
It is also being examined by the FBI's Inspector General. The disclosure that Abedin made backups will raise further questions over Comey's decision-making and is likely to be studied by the Department of Justice's renewed probe.
The emails were discovered by the FBI just weeks before the 2016 election when the agency seized Weiner's laptop after DailyMail.com revealed he was sexting a 15-year-old girl, an offense for which he is now behind bars.
The FBI sought permission to review its other contents when they realized that the laptop contained not just evidence (Excerpt) Read more at dailymail.co.uk ...
They can take as long as they want to produce the emails. If one is classified, they are guilty. since we have many crimes and no one charging, why would anyone waste their time?
Hillary has no intention of ever turning these over. she is still in charge of the State Department and the DOJ. They will break this order and probably never turn over the rest. Violate the Court Order or Give up evidence of Treason & Perjury. No Brainer. No prosecution is being planned. AG is in hibernation.
The DOJ really is going to try to stall the production of Clinton
email records until after the 2018 election
Support Free Republic, Folks!
This order is to State and it seems the judge had the midterm election in mind with Sept. 28 deadline.
Of course that doesn’t mean they’ll meet that deadline.
Just in time for Crooked H’s birthday in October.
