I was born in 56 and while growing up witnessed near daily acts of Treason / Sedition by Americans.
I had lost all hope of EVER hearing those words used by an American President.

Agreed. Actively undermining the authority of the government is called “sedition”. Strock engaged in sedition by deploying the ‘insurance policy’.

"In other words, by foregoing justice, Trump will be able to (legally) spy, surveil, plant evidence, falsely swear to affidavits/warrants, manipulate public airwaves with push-programmed propaganda, etc, etc, etc. With that kind of government power at its disposal, the right should be able to control all facets of control for multiple generations." That's not conservatism... That's fascism... One Man's fascism is no better then the next man's....

“Good. Trump calling it like it is.”
Yes, yes, yes.......I am very glad he called it what it is.

Why Peter Strzok has not been charged with treason is a mystery. Article III, Section 3: "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort." That's why.
"Treason" is coming close to "racism" as one of the most over-used words in the English language.

I believe she was. However, no one wants to delve into her specifics. She is a major source of information and is being bypassed.

1. The U.S Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
2. Any law in violation of the U.S. Constitution is null and void, ab initio (from the beginning).
3. Theft under color of law is already a recognized crime (although not very often).
4. EPA law recognizes the concept of joint and several liability (meaning any perpetrator can be required to pay the entire damages. It is not required to prove each perpetrators individual contribution to damages.)
5. If we combine these concepts with a U.S. Supreme Court of the character of the 1865-1868 Radical Republicans, and get 38 states plus 67 Senators, ...
So how do we get to step 5?
