Its called the WARN act. Employees have to be told 90 days out. Been through it. Dont know how they are getting around it. I thought the WARN act was for full-time employees only? Didn't Sams Club (like Costco) hire primarily part-time workers?

I have been wondering about this as well. I haven’t seen anything about any 90 day notice. (or even a 30 day notice).
