I thought the WARN act was for full-time employees only? Didn't Sams Club (like Costco) hire primarily part-time workers?

If they gave them all 90 days’ pay they could probably avoid it.

I have been wondering about this as well. I haven’t seen anything about any 90 day notice. (or even a 30 day notice).
