HH Gregg deserved to go under based on the couple of times I went there and ended up going to Best Buy instead.
I recall one time looking to purchase a Comcast compatible cable modem and aside from not being able to find anyone to help me, when I finally did, he was not at all knowledgeable and was rude and surly to boot. And a friend of mine purchased a washer and dryer and when it was delivered and unpacked the control panel on the washer appeared to have been damaged and didnt work at all, and HH Gregg wouldnt allow them to return it or exchange it for another and the store manager told my friend, contact the manufacturer because its not my fing problem.
Its one thing to tell your customer that it is covered under the manufacturers warranty but there was no excuse to be so rude about it.
