We've already seen how this played out in the "courts". It pretty much proved that courts are as incompetent as we have always believed them to be.

People should not still be claiming that HI HDOH stands by Obama's posted BC. The only person who can legally say anything about that is Alvin Onaka, the Registrar, and he has already given his answer in a legally-binding situation, twice. To my knowledge, there has been no retraction thereof.
