Yes, it’s beyond obvious (which is why I mentioned that) that Herr Obama intended to give ISIS space to kill and destroy, minimizing the horrific threat of these savages to buy them as much time as possible, for them to kidnap, torture, maim and kill.
Godspeed to the U.S. military which does not bear the sword in vain going after these savages with extreme prejudice.
