I am not making excuses, but this is how they are going to explain it away: in the transcript the guy says he and the brit “spy” were unnerved with what they found about the relationship between Trump and Ruskie mobsters/intel types. They decided they had to pass on the info to the FBI.

If you read the transcript this is what he says and as soon as I read it I knew they had massaged exactly what they were going to say knowing they would be in the middle had they not waived the flag. It is BS but one has to prove they were lying.

IMO, they ran some of this info the fbi in June 16 and tried to get a warrant from it. The judge said NO. They then gathered more info and ran it through “official” channels in Rome together with duping the dope McCain to do the same thing. They the tap was approved albeit they had been running one before that time which was in August 16. The FBI of course believed what they wanted to believe and they filled in any voids with a “source in the Trump campaign” which he alleges they had.

What a tangled web we weave when we practice to deceive.

The truly frightening part of this is roughly half the country is completely comfortable with the kenyan using federal government to assault his political opponents. I don’t see a way back from this, unfortunately. We are surely sliding into a fascist and post Constitional America.

They never confirmed that anything in the dossier was true. Plus, notice simpson wouldn't’ answer whether his company was ever used to start an investigation (that was their goal). He apparently talked with the fbi and lied about the first time he talked with them. He’s in trouble. I think that’s why Feinstein released it. She wanted to dirty the water because she knew he was lying.

It is BS but one has to prove they were lying.

This is a very important point that many who advocate for immediate arrest and incarceration seem to miss. Allegations and strong suspicion are not sufficient. Ultimately a case will have to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

Currently, those individuals suspected of violating the law are holding together as a group, but as more and more evidence is accumulated, they will inevitably become isolated from one another and as pressure grows, the normal human instinct for self preservation will take over. A conspiracy is only as strong as the weakest member and, at some point, someone will crack. When they do, the whole house of cards will fall. The real professionals in the Justice Department, of which there are many, know what they are doing and will not be deterred by the stalling tactics of those under suspicion nor will they be goaded into premature action by public criticism or ridicule.
