Emancipation was UnNaturalization, the Reconstruction Amendments were UnNaturalization.
Congress cited Article 1, Section 8, uniform rule of naturalization as their authority to unnaturalize the country.

There's one teensy-weensy problem with all this. Blacks, who were the beneficiaries of all this, were and are not a bunch of alien foreigners. They're among the very oldest of American population groups, having been here since at least 1619, and in fact one could say that if Anglo-Saxons own the country, Blacks would be the heir-apparent.
Blacks even have the same religion as poor rural Southern whites: Fundamentalist Protestantism. But since both sides insist that the blood of kinship is thicker than the waters of baptism, they've never treated each other as co-religionists. First the whites were on top and treated Blacks as sub-human, and now the Blacks are on top and have hopped in bed with Communism, homosexuality, abortion, and evolution and seem to think they'll never have to pay for it.
I find it interesting though that you say we were unnaturalized by emancipation. Why were we not unnaturalized by the importation of Blacks as slaves when there were plenty of poor whites around who were barely able to live? But for some reason you regard thousands and thousands and thousands Blacks in America as perfectly all right, so long as they're not free citizens. Most curious.
Blacks are certainly the least alien of all "minority groups," being Southern, rural, agricultural, and fundamentalist in origin, though no one on either side of the race war seems to ever notice that. Booker T. Washington asked employers to reject foreigners of strange tongue and manner in favor of the Blacks who had lived here for generations whose ways, speech, and religion were perfectly natural and at home here. I don't suppose anyone remembers that?
But it's really strange. I honestly believe that if America were inundated by Lovecraftian entities, and friction were to spring up between them and Blacks, that "nativist" conservative whites would side with the Lovecraftian entities while the xenolatrous, "otherness" adoring liberals would be making speeches against the "old 'gxds'" in Black churches throughout the rural South. I don't think I'll ever understand it.
Just how many billions and trillions and zillions of years of "evolution" do you think separates the various races of mankind, O "proud Southerner???"
