Barky ignored the court in NO when he stopped drilling operations in the Gulf after the BP mess. Trump should ignore this asshole as well.

This business of judges fighting against the lawful actions of the President is out of hand. Needs to stop and stop now.

Like someone said, how many divisions can this judge call up?

There are some good FReepers in Kalifornication but I’d be happy to see the whole state drop into the Pacific.

Trump and Sessions should ignore the ruling and press forward.

So, the original DACA ruling by a federal judge was that it was improperly implemented by Obama, but the converse is also improper?

What universe have we fallen into?

I think it’s time to paraphrase Andrew Jackson on this one.

“[William Alsup] has made his decision; now let him enforce it.”

The courts have no jurisdiction over the expiration date of a particular legislation - That is the purview of the legislative branch of our government.

Likewise, the courts lack jurisdiction over any executive order, or executive branch policy (or lack thereof), which ostensibly extends the effects of an expiring law.

In San Francisco.

One commie President can make law by executive order, but an Patriotic American President can’t rescind it by executive order.

This is why judges, and who appoints them, is so important.

Why would the judicial branch have standing to rule on an executive branch order?

Really? When did judge get elected?
If I was Trump, I’d start deporting 10,000 a week
Put a bounty on them $5 a head

Yet another judge issuing a ruling he had absolutely no authority to issue. DACA was a purely executive action that can be reversed by executive action. There is no law mandating it be in place. Indeed, there are laws which specifically do not allow it. However, this judge apparently likes DACA so he just rules it has to stay - and that isn’t a decision a judge has the authority to make.
