Not sure that in 2020 the Low information crowd would remember the golfing all that much.
Given enough media covering, Obama’s history has to be lauded in the press if only in order to make headway against Trump. Will that work enough to help an Oprah, meh that’s a Chrystal ball moment in my mind atm.
