Oprah Winfrey has set her sights on the Oval Office. Two of the media mogul's closest friends spoke with CNN after the Golden Globe Awards on Sunday night, and revealed that Oprah is 'actively thinking' about running for president. The idea has been talked about for several months according to these friends, and while Oprah's confidantes are encouraging her to run, the self-made billionaire has yet to make up her mind.

She actually lost a quarter of her audience when she backed Obama in 2008.
One year later she announced she was discontinuing her show. She went out with a bang, but I believe she had lost viewership among Republicans because she got political.

One question to liberals who are gushing over the thought of Oprah Winfrey running for President: if Donald Trump’s previous political experience made him unfit for the Presidency, why is Oprah Winfrey suitable for the highest office in the land?

Since Oprah is so revered among the left, and genuinely liked by a lot of people in this country, her running would make their support of Hillary, look like they never knew her.
The Democrat party and the liberal media would be insufferable in their euphoria over it.
I can already see in my mind the headlines if this happens, “Donald Trump’s History of Anti-Black Presidents,” “Donald Trump’s Target: A Black Woman,” “Will Oprah Winfrey Address Trump’s Racism?”
My God, that would be one election I do not want to see.
I don’t think she can run while openly owning, and managing, a TV network...can she?
If such a disaster should happen, will she dump her “white” audience once she is made ‘prominent” by them, and focus her entire world on black issues?
She would be an incompetent Obama...the gift of gab without a clue about the government.
