After the Intelligence Community used 702 to surveil Donald Trump without a warrant, I can't see how this can pass. Wouldn't all Republicans vote against it? Wouldn't President Trump veto it?
The Intelligence Community must have dirt on everyone in Washington. There's no other explanation on why this bill passes.

Everyone in the District of Corruption is complicit in the Kenyanesian Usurpation.
That violation of the Constitution by BOTH parties is what lead to all the other crimes.
