That has an ominous ring to it. Either an additional $21T has been discovered, illegally spent by the Kenyan. Or this is a coded message that reveals he was truly ineligible to serve as President, and ineligible to authorize anything with his signature.
It’s ‘discovered’ at the end of every fiscal year, and far predates Obama. This is just collecting in one place info that has long been known.
They’re called ‘unsupported adjustments’ and ‘unsupported journal vouchers’. That’s money that has been paid out without a clear explanation for what it paid for.
It does not appear to be adding to debt, as it is in the accounts every year.
