It seems that he got the liberals and the media in a room and asked what is it that you want? This way they have to actually state a policy to the entire country instead of just carefully scripted (hypokrites) sound bites.

Obama created DACA, the congress wouldn’t touch it. So he did an illegal law breaking EO.
