Betting we’re going to lose the house is just playing the odds. Midterm elections usually favor the minority party.
It will be clearer later this year, perhaps the start of spring whether the GOP can hold fast on an agenda.
They are hoping that’s what happens, but it’s what happens when a POTUS gets bogged down, allows a recession, and breaks all his promises. I don’t see that part of the equation being fulfilled.
