I spelled out actual reasons. You have no reasons bc you don’t know the Camp David schedule. You are assuming it was wall to wall meetings with only meals in between. More likely there were times when they met and breaks in between. That would be a more typical schedule.
Btw, I was close to an executive for decades. In these types of situations, not only were there breaks but people could use mealtimes for phone calls if needed. It doesn’t take long to eat if phone calls are more important.
