Treason would be hard to prove, as the founders intended, because a lot of the case would stem from secondary-effects rather than a direct, provable action like waging war against the States. I believe it would be possible, but very difficult — much easier would be things like Conspiracy [to Defraud the United States?], Sedition, and the like.

to declare that nobody could even make a case on the matter. &mdsah; Imagine, for a few minutes, the fallout that would be caused… now, imagine for a few moments that the Clinton Foundation had ties to many highly-placed office-holders and that a real investigation would turn this up. What would the fallout be if it was shown that the Iran Deal was spearheaded via the Clinton Foundation? And what if it could be proved that the Iran Deal was literal Treason?
