I stopped shopping there in 2015 and closed my credit line.
My sister in law was talking about how she stopped shopping at Macy’s.. there is zero customer service of any kind. What few employees they have spend most of their time talking to each other and hiding from customers. I bought one. Thing there this year for Christmas. I walked around for 20 minutes trying to find someone to ring me up. I found an open cashier with one person finishing up a transaction and somehow it still took 15 minutes to make my purchase. It was almost comical.
