The second problem is that they will always get a jury with some Democrat who will lie to get on it and to get them off. We’re seeing it in reverse in the DC Grand Jury that will indite anyone they ask.
If I could give ANY excuse for Justice NOT inditing Clinton, it would be that they didn’t want to spend the money on a trial where the chance of finding a jury willing to look for truth over connection to their own political position is almost nil. Why waste the money or, worse, look like a fool when they bring her to court and fail?
I only see one piece of data that gives me ANY hope, and that is that the investigators are in Arkansas. In DC, why bother? But in Arkansas? Still... Too many Democrats. But for them I still want a trial, even if the MSM has too many more important stories, like white trucks blocking golf course visibility, to cover.
