He might have been however he has to cooperate with DOJ or it goes up in flames. Comey can chose to keep his get out of jail card by putting other in jail or go to jail himself. I’ll take door number 1.

I thought Mueller gave immunity to Comey. Not if it can be shown that he lied or otherwise committed an illegal activity related to the immunity grant. If so, POOF!
