Read further on to see how glaring the Kremlin's hypocrisy is.

Russia's economic and domestic climate is similar to Iran. Also keep eye on Turkey and Azerbaijan...

Why the Iran protests have Russia on edge

Media Bias/Fact Check Reports:

Left - Center Bias

The Moscow Times (MT) is an English-language weekly newspaper published in Moscow, with a circulation of 35,000 copies. It is distributed for free at places frequented by English-speaking expatriates such as hotels, cafés, embassies, and airlines. It is also available by subscription, but it is not available at newsstands. The newspaper is very popular among foreign citizens residing in Moscow and English-speaking Russians. The Moscow Times has been called a “militant anti-Putin paper, a digest of the Western press with extreme bias in covering events in Russia.” MT generally covers Western news with a left-center bias in reporting and wording. They are usually factually sourced.

Media Bias/Fact Check Reports the New York Times has the exact same Left - Center Bias.

If the people of Iran can pull it off, it will undo a nearly 40 year screw-up by James Earl Carter.

It will be a massive game changer in the region.

We can once again count it as a friendly state until the next Dimocrat comes along to destabilize the region once again.

I’m really pulling for the Iranians here. Good luck folks.

Has anybody noticed the Iran protests over egg prices are over . Even after the hyperbole and hype of non existent change coming, the protests have been throttled and are totally over. Everyone has gone home.
We should now turn our attention to the REAL foremost exporter of terrorism ( including 911, al qaeda , Isis and osama bin laden) and that is, of course , Saudi Arabia.

I hope that the people are able to pull it off.

Me too.

They deserve better, and did around 1978 when Carter totally blew it.

What we did to the Shah was inexcusable.

Too bad a president can’t be prosecuted for criminal negligence.

“For the Kremlin, instability in Iran carries a widening range of existential threats”

Unlike the instability of a regime that actively funds and harbors terrorists? Unlike the instability of a regime stating they wish to destroy Israel?
Unlike a regime that suppresses and murders its people?
Unlike a regime fully supportive of North Korea?

Russia is, has been and always will be our enemy. They play nice when it suits them and they can control the playing field and their “allies”

Given that protesters demand a halt to Iran’s spending on foreign adventures in the region, Moscow might start to worry about its own nation-building project in Syria.

Reversing the sh**show created by the Obama administration is more like it.

The only thing Russia is building in Syria are military bases and regional alliances.

Not surprised Russia warning US...Actually it’s nothing new for Russia to chime in about interfering with nations uprisings after the US states theirs.....that’s pretty much standard press release for them.

It was ‘Sergei Ryabkov the Russian deputy foreign minister’ who said in an interview with state news agency TASS. ....“We warn the US against attempts to interfere in the internal affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran,”.....

I expect to hear such as the protests continue....geo politics will always play off these.

Frankly the Iranians have a long way to go for this protest to achieve their desired end. Their last protest lasted 8 months....and Iran’s leadership ALWAYS blames outside influences once the crowds escalate.......as they’re doing now.

What generally happens is the pro-government protesters sends in bogus anti-government plants to do violence within the protests...thus giving the regime reason to bring out the Revolutionary guard which they will indeed do.

Russia building military bases and regional alliances ultimately hostile to Israel and the U.S.

And don’t forget the Orthodox churches he’s building next to those bases! Two faced Vladdy Poots is saving Christianity dontcha know? *sarc*

PS: many of the protesters in Iran are persecuted Christians.
