I would think this would have happened already if any of them were fairly good options like a General going rogue with a 9mm.

We could probably win it with nothing but MOABs. And whatever our modern antimissile-missiles are (SDI).

Whatever nuclear contamination happens will be from shot-down Norkie nukes.
