This sedition and an attempt to overthrow the government of the United States and Trump should declare a national emergency and cut California off from ALL federal funds and not allow interstate commerse. Anyone in California 30 days from now will require a VISA to enter the remaining United States.

Congress and the President can declare California and other sanctuary states as being in rebellion over both illegal aliens and the legalization of marijuana.

Then their state and local governments can then be taken over by Federal authorities and the order of law restored.

This would also remove their delegations from Congress and prevent these states from holding elections or voting in national elections at least until they are readmitted to the Union.

Human history records quite a few incidents like this when a province or such got defiant. Typically what happened was an army marched in, chopped off some heads and posted them up on the gates of a main city. Things got back into line afterwards. Not advocating cutting off any heads, but this is going to have to get dealt with and reversed in a serious matter.
