“They allege that working with Matthews is something akin to the seventh circle of hell, with the host berating the staff for minor mistakes. One CNBC host reportedly refuses to even be near the MSNBC host. Reportedly, this person wont even sit in the same makeup room if Matthews is present. Staffers on Matthews show used to joke that they were victims of battered wives syndrome (via Daily Caller):
Two former NBC producers independently alleged Matthews would rate the looks of his female guests on a scale...”
Did he make unwanted sexual advances on them, or didn’t he? This is BS.
Bosses are allowed to berate their staff, and those that don’t like it can go elsewhere. There’s nothing in this passage that talks about unwanted sexual advances on the employees. Rating female guests by looks is just something guys do, usually just around other guys. Girls do the same, usually just around other girls. It’s stupid to do guy talk around mixed company, but not sexual harassment.
Kick the sonofabitch right in the snappers, and while he's doubled over, stomp his head into the ground. Then tell him he'll get more of that if he ever talks to you again.
Problem solved.
Everyone has a cell phone. Turn on the video recorder and put it in your pocket. When he starts berating you simply knock the crap out of him then tell his boss and your boss that you’ve emailed it to a friend.
In this day and age EVERYTHING is, or can be, recorded.
