Why is that a prerequisite? Look at D.C. and many states prior to the Trump era. It's a cesspool of corrupt s**t and the longer those insider were there, the more corrupt they became. All very good points you have made, but unless she plans to self finance the entire campaign and create her own voter data-bases, she will need to attract donors, and big donors.
Maybe she has already considered these points and has a plan.
