Put public pressure on the DOJ to go after Abedin, the DOJ OIG report will serve as the basis to go after the DOJ and FBI officers who conspired to protect Hillary from prosecution and then illegally targeting her political opponent, as well as to re-open the Clinton email scandal which served to protect her pay to play schemes while serving as SOS.

I really hope you’re right. However, contrary to what many people think, the OIG is an INTERNAL office within the DOJ. In my experience, most OIG’s have some degree of integrity BUT they are not always willing to slam their own agency. They often stop short of producing very damaging findings. Its the nature of the beast. Again, its the INTERNAL nature of an IG’s function that acts as a governor on how far they will go with regards to publishing evidence that essentially indicts their own leadership.
Just my personal observations. The DOJ OIG may hint or suggest that there’s evidence of political malfeasance but I doubt they will produce a game changing report. In other words, I wouldn’t expect their report to levy any charges of conspiracy or corruption that would severely damage the reputation of the agency. Most agencies circle the wagons when they have to.
