If the consumption of alcohol and smoking tobacco are both harmful to babies in the mother’s womb, why should folks deny that marijuana is also harmful?

My reply to your question of “Who denies it?” was in my 2nd sentence: In my view is that they [pro-marijuana users] deny it because it is their favor drug.
