I am hoping to have a 10 pound excess this year. I have two brewing vessels set up and am going to try to make some mead. Arrgh!
Ha....mead indeed. Be brewed quite a bit over the years, but never made mead. The one advantage we had of the absconded hive was we were able to harvest a lot of honey. I’ll have to think about making some mead
