Tens-of-thousands of Iranians have taken to the streets to express their anger, and unfortunately for the preferred media script that anger is not directed at President Trump or Saudi Arabia; but rather at the mullahs and their oppressive security forces.

Sounds like a perfect time to take out Iran's air defenses, and then airdrop some loaded firepower into the crowds.

I'd drop Kalashnikovs:

..simplifies foraging for ammo

..making sure they all had Russian markings would also do a nice Dirty Trick as a special bonus.
