We'd be in a world of hurt. We just passed the 17 year anniversary of the SC Florida ballot decision...Dec. 18, iirc. Do you remember those 6 weeks ? Wow...that was intense !

I can remember refreshing Drudge, FR continuously to see if the razor thin margin would help. Can remember telling our son to recruit his college friends in Fla to vote Bush and share a free wing/ beer night on me. He delivered 10 votes. 😀😀😀😀

Sure do.

I'd just finished moving all of our stuff (plus a third of our kids and their families) to Montana.

Still remember thinking that along with the primary objective of keeping The Homestead in the family, the place would make a h*** of a redoubt if SHTF.

...and having AlGore and all of the Clinton regime holdovers in charge would make that day come sooner rather than later, only question was exactly who/what I'd have to deal with.
