Applications is what have to be signed by the AG or Deputy, as I originally said. You're the one who brought up the approvals, which don't apply. I was then simply providing you a link showing you that applications require AG or acting AG approval, yet you still went back to discussing approvals again. They had to re-submit the FISA application to more than one judge, so whoever approved it wasn't in on the scheme from the start. Hope that clears it up, thanks!
