Huh? How is that? I don't see anything in the Constitution about tax reform being forbidden. There also isn't any verbiage in the Constitution about giving rights to illegal aliens, but Cuomo favors them. Hypocrite, much?

I think the prior way it was done, mingling state and federal taxes it’s probably illegal. Those two entities are unrelated to each other, so making one deductible from the other makes no sense.
