That was about the stupidest remark by any politician ever. Everything takes time to build. Following his principal, nothing would ever get built.

In days gone by, Free Republic had the benefit of comments by an engineer who actually designed facilities for Arctic drilling. Alas, I can’t remember his name.
He moved from near Anchorage back to houston. I would really enjoy his factual commentary on the subject
