That gesture means white power?
Only if you are a resident of a place where you get two hots and a cot and your medication handed to you.
It’s an obscene gesture in some cultures. But in the US, the OK sign has now been labeled as shorthand for WP, or white power, with the three fingers forming the W and the index and thumb forming the loop of the P with the forearm providing the vertical. (Strained, isn’t it?) The alternate explanation sticks with the traditional OK, as in “It’s OK to be White”.
In any event, if it triggers the Social Justice Warriors, it is a good thing.
