Taking down the FBI is no small task. I’m sure you believe Mr. Sessions has nothing to do with it but that is a good thing.
Your approval of how it is done is not required.
I'm eagerly awaiting evidence that Jeff Sessions is more interested in cleaning up the FBI than he is in protecting it from even being criticized, much less ever being actually reformed. But so far, all I've seen is Sessions get in shouting matches with Republican Congressmen who want an outside special prosecutor to investigate the DOJ, since it clearly can't be trusted to investigate itself.
That is the purpose of the special counsel law, to appoint someone to investigate a party where conflicts of interest might otherwise exist. Yet Sessions' DOJ approved a conflict of interest waiver when they appointed Mueller's special counsel to investigate the President.
It's an obvious double standard that you're quite comfortable with. And based on your attempted smear of Trump based on his Holder comment, one you might even be enjoying.
