I’m not into making excuses for anyone. Yes Congress is to blame for not holding Obama to the fire but he is not longer in office. The EO was unconstitutional. Trump promised ending DACA while campaigning. Many voted for him for this reason (among others). Day one he signed piles of EOs and you’d think at the top of the stack would have been this one. He chose NOT TO sign it because weeks before he had gotten weak knee’d on DACA children.

My critique is spot on. No President muffs the signing of an EO because he fears it might be challenged. Yes the travel ban was and it was a win. He can do the same with DACA. He helped the DACA mess persist by not signing that EO and its now biting him in the rear.

There is no deal to be made. A deal maker doesn’t go into a deal with a majority and before bargaining start with concessions (wall for DACA).

You must have brown eyes. You routinely excuse your primary candidate of choice. The loud mouth blowhard should have kept his mouth shut over Moore in Alabama...people who live in glass houses should not be throwing stones... I cannot wait for the Texas senate race IF the mud begins to fly.. we shall see just how many buckets of whitewash you plaster over your sainted one.

The PRESIDENT should not be the one executing immigration orders. The Congress had allocated billions to faith based charities in human trafficking. You seriously think President Trump can stop payment on congressional funding to their religion of choice? You seem to willingly ignore the judiciary’s role in aiding and abetting the illegal invasion.
