He has to use their language. If the Wall is in place, visa control in place, end of lottery in place, end of chain migration in place, port control in place, e-verify in place, and law-breaking illegal deportations in place, that is ALL that can be done anyway. Allowing non-lawbreaking illegals brought over in their pre-teens to stay is not a big deal.
We do need a new amendment to permanently, clearly end anchor baby citizenship.
