Second it.
Judge Moore should petition that because of the negative media attention, the resistance to his campaign by the Alabama political establishment, and the complexity of the ballot, that all the Write-In Votes should be credited to Moore’s vote tally.
On top of that, Judge Moore should go to Washington on the day of the scheduled Swearing-In of Jones and have a federal or Alabama Jurist Swear-In Moore as the US Senator from Alabama.
And then go to the Supreme Court.
There’s been a report posted here in FR’s of Moore taking a polygraph (lie detector) and passing it.It’s important that Moore should do now follow up legally and move against his accusers and take them into court and destroy them along with his GOP detractors some of whom were even “conservative” talk show hosts which he can do now.
ALL HELL IS GOING TO BREAK LOOSE !
And when he goes to the Supreme Court, he needs to demand that the Democrat Operatives on the Supreme Court recuse themselves from the case.
By a Black Muslim Judge. That was a real surprise that a Black Muslim Judge would toss out his case.
Hopefully in three years so get kicked out on his butt. Clearly nobody voted for this man they probably don’t even know what he stands for.
Why? Thousands of voters from other states voted for Jones.
BS!!
>>>Thousands of voters from other states voted for Jones.
Did you share this information with Alabama Secretary of State so that he could investigate it? Also, why have we been fighting for voter ID laws when they fail to stop thousands of out of State voters?
I'm not glad he lost. We needed his vote but at some point, we've really got to stop nominating fringe candidates who are simply to extreme to be elected at the state level.
Roy Moore now joins Sharron Angle, Todd Akin, Richard Mourdock, and Christine O'Donnell in the "WTF were we thinking?" hall of shame.
This is third hand information for me, but there have been claims about this. Moore needs to ask citizens who took the pictures to send them to him.
>>>This is third hand information for me, but there have been claims about this
So essentially, it was just a baseless accusation that there were thousands of voters that came from out of state. That’s not a lot for a court to overturn an election.
Couldn’t he have appealed?
Who to I don’t know as the court said they didn’t have jurisdiction.
The election was certified immediately after the court rejection.
The Alabama GOP needs to get their act together and get a winning
candidate on board for 2020 election.
I personally think Moore could have won even with the bad publicity
he received as election day approached. But for some reason he seemed
to hide and not campaign at all.
Moore can appeal all he wants. Doesn't mean he can shut down the process. In the meantime, Alabama's state canvassing board (made up of Alabama's Republican Governor, Republican State Secretary, and Republican Attorney General) designated today to certify Doug Jones as the winner. There is nothing mandating that they wait for Moore's appeals.
Moore should probably just go away at this point.
Dilly dilly.
He is well past his sell-by date.
I guess a move for a restraining order in lieu of an appeal but I don’t even know if there is such a thing.
If Moore has substantial reason to believe the vote was fraudulent, IMO he should try everything - go as far as he can. He should.
