Clinton was a frequent cheater. Why even keep score if you’re going to lie about it? Clinton would drop balls etc... a cheat.

Obama is a duffer. He probably would love to play a better game, but he just can not stomach someone telling him what to do (i.e. a golf pro) so he continues in his attempts at self improving his game - but it ain’t workin’ never really has worked. So... a duffer he will remain.
