Biden spoke poignantly about [family tragedies] during his recent cross-country book tour. And inevitably, hed be asked about the 2020 election. Thats what happened on a crisp night in November, when almost 2,000 people piled into Washington, D.C.s Warner Theatre. "I havent decided to run," he insisted, but the implication was clear: He hasnt decided not to run.
This wiggle room encourages all those who believe Biden could thump Donald Trump. And he certainly has the résumé: After 36 years in the Senate and two terms in the White House alongside Obama, he knows how to get things done in D.C.from pushing the Clinton administration to get more involved in the Balkans wars in the 90s to spearheading the massive stimulus program under Obama after the 2008 financial crisis. Yet Bidens greatest strength - his experience in the Capitol - could be his greatest weakness for Democrats. With anti-establishment fever still burning all over the country, progressives like Senator Elizabeth Warren of Massachusetts seem to be the ones energizing the party.
[Snip]
The former veep might have beaten Trump in 2016, and he might beat him in 2020 - if he gets that far. Biden is well liked by most liberals - he championed the nations first black president and came out for gay marriage ahead of Obama and both Clintons. But compared with Warren and others, he may seem too moderate, too establishment, too white and maybe too old (hes now 75) to mount a bid in 2020. And if he runs, his progressive rivals will pore over a half-century-long paper trail and inevitably find plenty with which to bludgeon him during the primaries.
America may want him to run, but do the Democrats?

Don’t these geniuses realize Creepy Old Uncle Joe has already run twice? And didn’t garner enough votes combined to fill a high school auditorium.
Affable? Charming? More like an international with “roamin’ hands and rushin’ fingers” around the young, young ladies!
Would you let Uncle Joe around YOUR kids?
PLEASE RUN JOE, PLEASE RUN !!!!
Libtards have no idea how easily Trump will slice and dice SlowJoe.
Can you imagine? Biden would be a completely inappropriate presidential candidate. Biden is a man of bad character who can’t be trusted around women.
Trump, on the other hand, is a serious person of great faith who has a devotion to family that is an example to us all. It’s pretty obvious that Trump was raised up by God Himself to lead America back to its founding Christian values.
Uncle Joe has no chance. Hillary couldn’t win even with 5 million bogus votes!
Who ever the Democrats pick—it will be a new face-—someone young more JKF than Obama or Hillary—NO One Linked to them will be on the ticket. It will be called a time for a new Generation to take over from the Old Trump who will be depicted as a tottering old fool—Nice but Too Old to be worth a hoot. So it will be Youth vs Age. (they will play the age card).
Why give Newsweek any time on this site, they are leftist toilet paper, better to let them fade into nothingness.
Biden is a joke.
“His slogan could be Im with Stupid.”
And he wouldn’t need anybody there.

The wizards said that Hillary was a lock. They said an even bigger lock was that Trump would NEVER be president. They said he wouldn’t even win the nomination. Yeah. Biden. Democrats retake the House. Sure. Polls and pundits aren’t worth a bucket of warm spit.
Yea, there is lots of videos of Ol’ Joe copping a feel from little girls.
Uncle Joe could beat Trump? I don’t think so, Trumps not gay.
We can laugh but they laughed when Trump began his run too. Anyone with a D beside their name is a threat given the divide the US has. After 2 terms of 0 I no longer laugh at any of them.
all you need to unseat Biden presidential bid is to show all the videos of Biden groping young girls and young women.
Or invite them to a debate.
Why did he not run in 2016?? Its not like the race was crowded. His grief for his lost son could have made him even more motivated.
“Huggy” Joe . A fantastic nickname. He sure is a creepy one. Why did he not run??? Did Clinton make him an offer he could not refuse.
Think his private life is difficult.
If the economy stays strong through 2020 then that presidential election will be a throwaway for the Democrats, and it will be an old line establishment type like Uncle Joe being thrown to the wolves instead of their young “stars” like Kamala Harris or Cory Booker who will be saved for 2024.
