Women forced their way into the all-male duties in the military to enhance their careers more than to directly protect our Country. They then started to get their noses bent out of shape at the course language the men had.
Having to think about always checking your language does help degrade morale and unit cohesiveness. Having to tiptoe around certain members of your unit makes for bad times.
I personally saw the garbage that went on when the very first females were allowed to be on Missile Combat Crews and it really dragged the already low morale down even more than it was already. Then the first false sexual harassment allegations flew and things really got interesting.
