6.Character requirements To get citizenship, you need to show you are of good character. If you have never been in trouble with the law, either here or overseas, you do not need to do anything more to meet this requirement. 25% fee to transfer back to Mexico? I think if we could forbid the transfer, enforce it as hard as we could, then Mexico would be hurting. With their budget crippled by the lack of money transfers, maybe we could force some economic and political changes on them. Maybe finally get Mexico headed in the right direction.
And I know I am dreaming, but it is such a nice dream.
