When a Prog says something is a dog whistle, just smile and tell her (because all Progs are female, regardless of plumbing), “That’s an obvious one. You have no idea how many code words and dog whistles we are using to MAGA!”
I think it's particularly irksome when Progs get out their broadest brushes to paint all conservatives as sexists, and a few do all they can to prove them right.
