That explains the transparent reason for McCabe offering terms. However, the content of that year-long investigation is also the transparent reason for President Trump refusing McCabe’s terms.
In addition to McCabe, and depending on how well they have covered their political tracks, James Comey, Loretta Lynch, Sally Yates, and all of the top officials -lawyers mostly- within the FBI and DOJ will be part of that investigative release.
Depending on IG release content, there will also be downstream officials who will have likely taken action, or positioned themselves with prior public releases of intelligence information (ie. narratives), containing historic support toward the actions taken by those top-tier FBI and DOJ officials.
Those downstream Deep State positions include CIA John Brennan, DNI James Clapper, and all of the officials contained in known communication therein:

So exactly what does the President’s ‘rejection of terms’ boil down to? Is the writer saying that McCabe is going to be asked to leave BEFORE early March 2018?
Otherwise, all I see in the article is a lot of description of affectations and presumptions. I don’t see any conclusions at all. One finishes the article, no more informed than you were before reading it. Perhaps I overlooked the innuendo.

We'll see, but I'm just not getting my hopes up for anything coming out of this current DOJ right now, especially not a report from an Obama appointee, OIG or not.
As the DOJ oversight committees in Congress have requested, there needs to be a new and separate independent special counsel to investigate the DOJ. One that is truly independent, and warranted, unlike the Mueller BS that DOJ came up with to misdirect and cover things up.
It’s really very simple.
Does anyone really think the Clinton Machine gave McCabe’s wife, a woman with absolutely no political or public service experience, $700,000 because they thought they really needed her in Virginia State Senate, when all her other contributions totaled about $250,000?

Unless I’m doing something wrong clicking on link. These clickbait headlines, no matter how much you like the blog or how likely you are to believe it discredit conservative media. Getting decent factual video transcriptions has become near impossible on youtube.
