yesterday in my local grocery store parking lot, watched 5-10ft white woman, in her 30s, blood coming out of all over face, talking to herself, I think on Meth. Staggering in parking lot, from her clothes she is from very well of family. This is from very good part of Silicon Valley.
Very disturbing for me. Drugs is serious problem.

Scandal-induced resignations will cost California’s Democratic Party its supermajority in the state Legislature at least temporarily next year, and the fallout is spilling into the 2018 elections.
