“If you own property your neighbors have no right to tell you what you may do with it.”

I own fee title to my suburban three BR ranch.
By your lights, it’s OK for me to run a crackhouse out of it? Or store junk cars in the front yard? Take target practice in the backyard with my 7.62? Cool!

In my state running a crack house is an actual crime. If it is not a crime in your state then have at it. Store all the junk cars on your yard you want. Just don’t let oil leak over on to my yard. If you have a proper backstop to keep your bullets in your own yard, shoot away. I would not make nor oppose others’ making noise complaints.

“By your lights, it’s OK for me to run a crackhouse out of it?”

Go ahead, don’t be surprised when you are raided because a neighbor dropped a dime on you and you lose your property and go to jail.

“Or store junk cars in the front yard?”

Again, do your thing.
Don’t be surprised when the county cites you, fines you and makes you pay to remove the junk vehicles.
You either remove them or pay for plates and insurance on each vehicle.

“Take target practice in the backyard with my 7.62?”

My closest neighbor and I frequently target practice in her back yard. She has a natural backstop perfect for an afternoon of firearm tomfoolery.

The neighbor behind me built a great firing range. Sometimes it sounds like a lively skirmish taking place.

“Cool!”

Yes, freedom is very cool.
