Congress is partially to blame for this since they failed to pass a budget for 8 years, allowing the almost trillion dollar stimulus to roll over via base line budgeting ? Where did all that money go? I don’t see new highways, bridges, hospitals.
Oh, I know. I just like to blame the President like the lefties do. I decided a long time ago to fight dirty like they do.
Also, President High Yella woulda' vetoed any decent budget submitted to him by congress. I'm sure of that.
